Where to Start?
Quitting smoking is hard, but you can do it! Start by setting yourself up for success:
1. Find Support: You need a reliable person that can keep you accountable and provide encouragement. Supporting health services like acupuncture can help to restore the balance and calm that you need.
2. Set Boundaries: Avoid situations where you would normally smoke, and separate yourself from your cigarettes. This is the hardest part of quitting, but don't worry, we're here to help.
3. Eat Well: We seem to say this a lot, but a well-balanced diet is key! Avoid sweets, sodas, and caffeinated drinks, as these all will increase your cravings! Be sure to drink plenty of water and keep up with daily physical activity.
